If you are aged between 13-19 and live within Kirklees then Connexions Kirklees  is a service for you.  We can also support you up until you turn 25 if you have any learning difficulties or disabilities. 

Connexions Personal Advisers work with you through schools, colleges, centres and even in your local community, and can give you support and advice on virtually anything affecting your life.  This may be from education and training, job opportunities and your future, financial and housing support, along with supporting you with health, personal or family issues you may have. 

If we can not directly support you, we are aware of and have contacts with a vast number of agencies and can refer you for specialist support if needed.
